KARACHI: A 50-year-old man was shot dead in Korangi on Wednesday.

Police said Mohammed Anwar was asleep in his house at Bengali Camp when armed men from an opened window fired on him and fled. Police suspected some personal enmity behind the murder.

Meanwhile, a 47-year-old man committed suicide in Korangi.

Police said Muhammad Nawaz ended his life by hanging himself in his house in Sector-33-D. He was said to be a drug addict. The body was shifted to the JPMC.
