Sheikh Khalifa arrives in RY Khan

RAHIM YAR KHAN, Dec 23: United Arab Emirates President and Abu Dhabi Ruler Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed reached here on Friday on a private visit. Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi welcomed him at the Sheikh Zayed airport. During his two-weeks stay, Sheikh Khalifa will also go to Islamabad on Dec 27 where he will meet President Musharraf. the following day he will fly to Rajanpur where he will stay for a couple of days for hunting. Pervaiz Elahi who presented two hawks to the royal guest, invited him to visit Lahore.

After a meeting with the chief minister and his delegation, Sheikh Khalifa left for Abu Dhabi Palace, 20km from here.

EDUCATION: Unilever Pakistan will help the district government in providing education, health and clean drinking water to the people.

The announcement was made by the company chairman while opening a project of Chowk Pathanistan redesigning and road expansion up to railway underpass with Unilever co-operation.
