Climate Change Minister Sherry Rehman has condemned PTI chief Imran Khan’s remarks regarding martial law.

The previous night, a Bol News anchorperson pointed out while speaking to Imran that there had been “talk about martial law” in recent days.

To that, Imran replied: “Impose martial law. If they want, they may impose martial law. What are they scaring me for?”

Berating the PTI chief over these remarks, Rehman said in a series of tweets that Imran’s words were indicative of a “fascist mentality”.

She said while institutions maintained they would not meddle in politics, Imran insisted on their “intervention and bringing him to power.

“His objective is that either they offer a deal or impose martial law.”
