Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has railed against former prime minister Imran Khan for stating he no longer “blamed” the US administration for his removal from power.

“You will have to answer […] merely withdrawing [the allegation] without giving answers is not enough,” she said in a series of tweets, adding that the change in the PTI chief’s stance was a “question mark” for those who believed him.

She went on to say that Imran had done away with the “US conspiracy, imported government and regime change narrative” because it never existed.

“Today, the real face of the so-called ‘Haqeeqi Azadi’ has been completely exposed.”
