Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has accused PTI chairman Imran Khan of using the money raised for flood rehabilitation to fund his long march.

Addressing a press conference in the Sindh Assembly’s committee room on Monday, the PPP leader appealed to the Federal Investigation Agency and the National Accountability Bureau to conduct an audit of the donations taken by PTI in the name of flood victims.

He said that many foreign leaders and international aid organisations postponed their visit to the country and halted their programmes for helping flood victims due to the uncertain situation created by the ex-prime minister in the form of a long march.

“Imran Khan has caused irreparable damage to the country and flood victims for his personal interest,” Memon concluded.
