MANSEHRA: Special assistant to the prime minister Sardar Shahjehan Yusuf has said that if Chief Minister Mahmood Khan dissolved the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, the Pakistan Democratic Movement would contest elections in the province together and form the next government.

He told a PML-N public meeting in Ichrian area here the other day that KP was on the verge of economic collapse due to bad governance, so the ruling PTI wanted to dissolve the provincial assembly.

Mr Yusuf said the federal government had prevented the country from bankruptcy through good governance and wise moves.

He criticised the PTI government over abandoning the gas, electricity and water projects approved by the PML-N government on the excuse of funding shortage.
