KARACHI: Sindh Higher Education Commissioner chairman Dr Tariq Rafi paid tributes to late educationist and Iqra University (IU) chancellor Hunaid Lakhani and said that he laid the foundation of the university to provide quality education to thousands of students.

He said this while speaking at an event held to distribute merit-based scholarships among 400 IU students.

IU Vice Chancellor Dr Wasim Qazi said on the occasion that his aim was to equip future generation with better education.
