ISLAMABAD: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench on Wednesday rejected the pre-arrest bail petition of Farrukh Khokhar, son of late Taji Khokhar in a murder case.

Following the rejection of bail plea, Sadiqabad Police arrested him from outside the courtroom.

LHC Justice Chaudary Abdul Aziz canceled the bail petition of Farrukh Khokhar in Majid Satti murder case. Earlier, the sessions’ court of Rawalpindi had granted him bail in the murder case. The accused will be produced in the local court for further investigation.

PTI activist Majid Satti was shot dead by motorcyclists on Aug 24, 2022 and a case was registered against Farrukh Khokhar and others at the Sadiqabad police station.
