KARACHI: Bodies of two minor siblings, who were thrown into the sea allegedly by their father four days ago, were recovered on Sunday, police and rescue officials said.

An Edhi Foundation spokesperson said that their divers managed to recover the bodies at Manora Beach on Sunday morning.

The police identified the victims as Caderik, 8, and his younger brother, Catrik, 6.

Mauripur SHO Ghulam Husain Korai said that their father, Kashif, had also attempted to jump into the sea to end his life but was saved by people.

The police had arrested him and registered a murder case against him.
