Drone adventures

This is regarding the website review “Drone adventures” by Asif Ali (YW, December 31). Technology has made life easy, so using drones for various purposes is not a new thing anymore. However, the device is very expensive and still not in the reach of common people. And this is why I appreciate the website review detailing the site with a huge library of drone footages from around the world which are also free to use.

I really liked the website as it contained short videos of mountains, beaches, oceans, valleys, people and a lot more captured by a drone.

Dream big

This is regarding the article “Dream big” by Memoona Mukhtar (YW, January 28). The story was motivational because it emphasised hard work as a means to achieve one’s dreams. Even if we fail in the process, we should never get discouraged. Instead we should work harder than before.

Anger danger

This is regarding the article “Anger danger” by Ayesha Ilyas (YW, December 31). I agree with the writer that anger can be a dangerous emotion if it is not managed and controlled effectively.

When we are angry, we may feel like we are out of control and, therefore, act out our impulses. It is important to find healthy ways to express and deal with anger, such as talking to a trustworthy friend or family member, practicing relaxation techniques, or seeking professional help if necessary.

A gift overlooked

This is with reference to the story “A gift overlooked” by Eshal Khurshid (YW, December 31). The story presented a good comparison between people having all the luxuries of life and those not having even the basic necessities, that is food. There are thousands of people who sleep hungry, while there are those who eat out, waste and buy unnecessarily. It is crucial to educate people about the value of food. This awareness can stop food wastage and also help food-deprived people to have this basic necessity of life.
