Two sisters kidnapped

OKARA: Two sisters were kidnapped from their home in front of their family at Chak 37-38 4-L.

According to the first information report (FIR), seven suspects, including Saleem, Hasan Ali and Nasir, kidnapped two daughters of complainant Noor alias Noora.

In his complaint, Noor said he along with his family was at home at night when the suspects entered the house and kidnapped his married daughter, Allah Rakhi and Mehwish, at gunpoint. The suspects also took away cash and gold ornaments worth Rs1 million.

The Shahbore Police Station registered a case.

Meanwhile, a young boy went missing from the Ghouspura locality four days back.

Sharif’s son Salman left the house to buy something from a shop but did not reach there. On the report of Sharif, Basirpur police registered a case against unidentified suspect(s).

ROBBERIES: Twelve incidents of robbery were registered during the last 24 hours in the district.

In Saddar police area, nine men fell prey to robbery and they included Hafiz Abdul Ghaffar and his sons. Other people who were robbed included Farrukh Iqbal, Altaf, Zain Ali, Nadeem Ali, Rao Naeem Ashfaq, Nadeem and Shakil Sajid.

In area of Ravi Police Station, Fayyaz Ahmad was deprived of cash, in the Renala City police area, two phones and cash were snatched from Sikander Hussain while one, Azam, was deprived of cash in Mandi Ahmadabad.
