NAWABSHAH: Three killed in accident

NAWABSHAH, Jan 13: Three persons were killed and two others injured in an accident near the Aliabad bus stop on the Sanghar Road on Wednesday.

According to reports, Bilawal Hooth, Shaban Hooth and Qadir Bux Hooth died on the spot and Mohib Hooth and Mohammad Khan Hooth were injured when they were coming from Mirpurkhas and their van rammed into a parked tractor trolley.

They were residents of the Ghazi Khan Hooth village. The injured were admitted to the People’s Medical College Hospital.

EID: Eidul Azha was celebrated with traditional zeal and religious fervour throughout the Nawabshah district on Wednesday.

Special prayers were offered in Eid sermons for unity and prosperity of Muslims and for earthquake victims.

Meanwhile, residents of Nawabshah had to face difficulties due to low pressure of gas on the Eid day.

Low pressure of gas in the Mehran colony, Azeem colony, Society, Gharibabad, Essarpura, Moni bazaar, Line Par and other areas disturbed cooking.
