TAXILA: A woman strangled to death her mother-in-law, allegedly over a family dispute in Mohallah Amanpura in the jurisdiction of Pindigheb police station in the early hours of Saturday.

Police, while quoting the family of the victim, said that the suspect’s relations with her mother-in-law Bilqees Bibi had been bad. On Saturday, both had gotten into an argument. Police carried out the autopsy at Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital and launched a hunt to arrest thesuspect.
