RAWALPINDI: A man was murdered allegedly by his brother over a petty issue in Ghaziabad on Thursday.

The suspect, Ashiq Hussain, was arrested by the police and would be produced before the court of law for remand custody.

According to the police, Shakeel Hussain, 37, lived in the same house as his brother in Dhamial area. Both brothers quarreled over a petty issue on Wednesday and later on Thursday as well. Ashiq Hussain got infuriated and allegedly shot his brother.

The police shifted the body to the District Headquarters Hospital for postmortem.
