LAHORE: The 34th National Games have been rescheduled, and now will be held from May 22-30 instead of from May 15-23, the Pakistan Olympic Association announced here on Wednesday.

According to a POA press release, the changes in the dates were made on a request from the government of Balochistan.

The male and female athletes will compete in 31 different disciplines at the premier national sports gala in Quetta. Three sports — futsal, women’s cricket and tug of war — are included as exhibition sports.
