Information Marriyum Aurangzeb has called on the courts to play their party in establishing thee “writ of state”, saying that the protection of the state was not only the government’s responsibility.
“The state is standing on these pillars — Parliament, executive and judiciary — and all three of them are responsible to protect Pakistan,” she said. “The courts will have to think that if the inciters of rioters will be welcomed in court … then it will be equivalent to encouraging this mindset.”
The minister claimed that the miscreants involved in such “Acts of terrorism” were being provided protection in PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence.
