“During election talks, they proposed that elections be held in September. We agreed and said you (the ruling coalition) are in the federal government and it is your right to schedule the elections in September or October.
“But holding elections in provinces was our right. However, they did not agree on elections in the provinces.
“Now what should we negotiate with them? They don’t want to negotiate.”
