“The chef justice has said multiple times that political issues should be resolved through a dialogue, that political parties should sit together and find a way out [of this crisis] through compromise and reconciliation — which is the duty of politicians. And it is the responsibility of all political parties, including the PTI, to fulfil this responsibility.

“The army also said in the corps commander conference that political issues should be resolved through a dialogue … and friendly countries are also calling for a political dialogue.

“So, in my opinion, when all pillars of the state, your friends and Pakistan’s private sector, all are supporting this (dialogue), then we should find a solution through a political dialogue without wasting any time.”
