Former MNA Aslam Khan has also announced leaving the PTI following the violent incidents of May 9.

Addressing the media in Karachi, he said, “Considering the situations that have arisen, I announce my disassociation with the PTI but will keep working for my country.”

Khan added he will continue to stand with the country and work for his city “in his own way”.
