Former PTI MNA Jamshaid Dasti has met former prime minister Imran Khan and asserted that he is standing with the PTI chairman.

Sharing a purported picture from the meeting, he tweeted, “Even the question of leaving the party does not arise. Those who are leaving the party, some are compelled to [while] some are businessmen.”

Dawn.com correspondent Muhammad Ali reported that PTI candidate Imran Dhanotar and Dr Saeed were also present on the occasion.

Following the violent incidents of May 9, Muzaffargarh’s Saddar police station had named Dasti, along with more than 70 others, in a terror case for blocking the Chenab bridge in protest against Imran’s arrest.

Jamshaid had also shared a video message a few days ago, which was recorded in a mountainous area.
