LAHORE: The two-day Lahore Sufi Festival being organised by the Punjab Council of the Arts and the Information and Culture Department will start on June 3 at the Alhamra Art Centre.

The festival will feature a Sufi conference, a Sufi musical programme, dance performances by a renowned group and a book fair. The conference will consist of the sessions where guests from academia and related fields will discuss Sufism and its relevance to the contemporary world. Following each session of the conference, there will be a musical programme.

This segment will have performances of music and dance.
