JCSC chief visits Swabi

SWABI, Jan 26: The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Gen Ihsan, visited district Swabi on Thursday to offer Fateha for the ASP Salman Ayaz who was killed in an counter with kidnappers of a boy in Islamabad a week back.

The helicopter of Gen Ihsan landed in Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology and from there he went straight to the residence of Salman Ayaz.

He visited the grave of Salman Ayaz and offered Fateha for the departed soul and paid rich tributes to the brave police official.
