DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Federal Minister of Communications Mufti Asad Mahmood has claimed China will build an airport in Dera Ismail Khan under CPEC.

Talking to mediapersons at his residence in Abdulkhel area here, he said the coalition government was trying to restore the international community’s trust in Pakistan as the previous government of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf had done a ‘great deal of harm’ to the country’s relations with the world community.

He claimed the loan agreement with IMF came about because of the current government’s ‘prudent policies’.

He alleged the previous PTI government had changed the original design of CPEC on the pretext of reducing the cost.
