Pillion riding banned in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD, Jan 30: Pillion riding has been banned in the district for 11 days in connection with Muharram. “The step has been taken as a precautionary measure in the best interest of the people,” said the city district nazim on Monday. He said an order under Section 144 had been issued prohibiting pillion riding within the revenue limits of Faisalabad district from Feb 1 to 11.—APP
