KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) delisted on Friday Prudential Discount and Guarantee House Ltd, a non-banking financial institution, for continued non-compliance with the PSX regulations.

The decision follows the earlier appointment of an official liquidator under the PSX regulations. Trading in the company’s shares had been suspended since Aug 16, 2010.

Its violations included a failure to hold annual general meetings and submit audited accounts besides non-payment of PSX dues.
