KARACHI: A senior leader of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan visited Railway Colony to express solidarity with the victims of an anti-encroachment drive by railways authorities in which they demolished 70-year-old houses and shops.

He said the cruel government in Sindh has come to an end and now they would not allow injustice to the people of Karachi.

Senior deputy convener of the MQM-P Dr Farooq Sattar strongly condemned the brutal action of Pakistan Railways and demanded immediate compensation for the loss of the people.

He added the MQM-P would strive for the people’s rights regardless of their race and colour in every difficult hour.
