NAROWAL: Sialkot police claimed to have busted a gang of thieves, arresting its ringleader and members and recovering stolen surgical instruments worth Rs10 million, along with Rs1 million cash from them.

As per Sialkot police spokesperson, on the orders of District Police Officer Hasan Iqbal, Inspector Mian Razzak led a team which arrested the ringleader Faisal, and others, including Imran, Husnain Ali and Imtiaz Ali, who were allegedly involved in various the theft and robbery incidents occurring during the last 15 days.

Moradpur Station House Officer (SHO) Inspector Razzaq said the suspects were identified earlier through CCTV cameras and modern technology and arrested in a raid based on intelligence source. The DPO has announced cash reward and certificates of appreciation for the team which arrested the suspects.
