MARDAN: A woman hailing from Bagh-i-Eram neighbourhood council has appealed to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to provide her speedy justice by taking action against the people, who have illegally occupied her land and then sold it to others.

Talking to journalists here, the woman identified as Noor Jamala Bibi alleged that Ameerzada and his other family members deprived her of her land bearing Khata No.113 and then illegally sold it to someone else.

Ms Bibi, who is also the mother of late journalist Sohail Qalandar, said that she had filed a complaint in the ombudsperson secretariat for appropriate action in that regard.

She appealed to the provincial government to take action against the land grabbers and retrieve her property from them.
