LAHORE: The working class held a rally on Tuesday under the aegis of the All Pakistan Federation of Trade Unions to condemn the brutal killings by Israel.

The workers appealed to all independence-loving nations and the United Nations to intervene to stop the killing of Palestinians. They were carrying banners in support of the struggling people of Palestine.

It was also demanded that Ghaza people should not be deprived of basic necessities of life during this hard time of war and their electricity and supply of food, water and medicines should also be restored.

The rally was led by federation secretary general Khurshid Ahmad and was also addressed by Akbar Ali Khan, Salahuddin Ayubi, Hassan Munir Bhatti, Nausher Khan, Javed Iqbal Khan, Arshad Gujjar and Osama Tariq.
