ISLAMABAD: Hamza Aasim, Mohammad Salaar, Kashan Tariq and Hamza Roman won their respective matches to advance into the boys Under-18 semi-final of the National Junior Tennis Championships here at the PTF-SDA Tennis Complex on Thursday.

Hamza downed Amir Maazari 7-5, 6-4 while Salaar routed Saifullah Khan 6-1, 6-1. Kashan booked a berth in the last-four after defeating Rayan Khan and Hamza Roman hammered Uzair Khan 6-1, 6-2 to complete the line-up.

In the girls Under-18 quarter-finals, Sheeza Sajid edged Lalarukh Sajid 6-3, 7-6 (4) while Zunaisha Noor romped past Amna Jadoon 6-0, 6-1. Amna Ali also sailed through after beating Maryum Omar 6-0, 6-0.

Razik Sultan, Nabeel Ali, Mohammad Haziq Aasim and Amir also registered victories to move into the boys Under-14 semis.
