UN refugee agency UNRWA has warned that conditions in shelters in the Gaza Strip are inhumane and continue to deteriorate as days go by, Al Jazeera reports.
It cited the Khan Younis Training Centre as an example, saying it is currently hosting more than 22,000 internally displaced people.
In the centre, the space per person is less than two square metres and at least 600 people are sharing one toilet, the UN agency said.
