Pakistan has expressed its “unwavering support for inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and the population of the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources […], which are being brazenly violated by the occupying power, Israel”.

Usman Jadoon, the deputy permanent representative of Pakistan to the United Nations, said at the second committee of the UN General Assembly that the adoption of the UN resolution served as a reminder of the “multifaceted impact the repressive Israeli policies and practices” were having on the occupied Palestinian territories and Syrian Golan.
