KARACHI: Around 35 huts reduced to ashes in a huge fire that broke out near Bakhar Goth along Superhighway on Friday evening, officials and rescue services said.
Fire Brigade officials said the fire rapidly spread and engulfed the huts. Eight fire engines managed to control the blaze after hectic efforts lasting for several hours.
No injury to anyone was reported.
The exact cause of the fire could not be ascertained till late in the night.
