While leaders of the Arab League and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation will be meeting in Saudi Arabia, in Lebanon, Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah is expected to make a televised address to followers, Al Jazeera reports.

His speech comes a week after he broke his silence on the war in Gaza in a highly anticipated address watched by people across the region and beyond.

In his lengthy remarks, Nasrallah said that “all scenarios are open on our Lebanese southern front” and that “what happens on the Lebanese front will depend on what happens in Gaza”, calling on Israel to stop its attacks on the besieged territory to avoid a regional conflagration.
