SARGODHA: Ahmed Sher Haral, who had previously fled after allegedly murdering four members of his own family, struck again on Tuesday and killed another family member, Allah Yar Haral, who was en route to the mosque in the morning. Ahmed Sher opened fire and shot him dead.

Haral along with accomplices had shot dead four of his family members and injured one on Nov 9 over an enmity in Midha Ranjha police precincts.

The spat of killings has raised concerns among the residents of village of Mateela. They appealed to the district police officer for immediate action, adding if he is not arrested, he may target other relatives and potential witnesses.

The Kotmoman police visited the crime scene and shifted the body to the Kotmomin THQ Hospital for postmortem.

The police said both Kotmoman and Mid Ranjha police are conducting raids to capture the killer.
