Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar has said there is no “parallel in the medieval world for such barbaric and horrific acts being committed” by Israel in Gaza Strip.

Addressing Margalla Dialogue 2023 in Islamabad, he said, “We are now realising that if we become selective and choose double standards on the definition of war ethos, when it is happening on the European continent, we will view it differently, particularly in terms of the Russia-Ukrainian war, or if is recently happening in the Middle East.”

“There is probably no parallel in the medieval world for such barbaric and horrific acts being committed by the state of Israel against the unarmed citizenry of Palestine.”
