Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian has said if the truce between Hamas and Israel is not extended, the conflict will spread across the Middle East, Reuters reports.

Amirabdollahian made the comments while talking to Lebanese broadcaster Al Mayadeen.
