LAHORE: PPP leaders Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Nayyer Bukhari will reach the Punjab capital on Friday (today) to attend the wedding of a son of former PPP minister Mehreen Anwar Raja.

During their stay here, they are also likely to hold meetings with the party’s Punjab leadership to discuss election campaign preparations for the Feb 8, 2024, polls.

After a two-day stay, Bilawal Bhutto will leave for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while Mr Zardari will stay back for a couple of more days to look after party’s organisational matters, says an official.
