LAHORE: Olympic Solidarity WABC Level-I Basketball Coach­ing Course started here at the Gover­nment College, Unive­rsity on Tuesday.

FIBA coaching instructor Milan Kotarac is conducting the six-day course being held under the auspices of the Pakistan Baske­tball Federation (PBBF).

Kotarac of Serbia is being assisted by PBBF associate secretary Ouj-e-Zahoor, Pakistan team head coach Mohammad Riaz Malik and Moha­mmad Sami, the course coordinator.

Twenty-five coaches from across the country are attending the course.

According to PBBF secretary Khalid Bashir, the course would help the Pakistan coaches update themselves about the latest coaching techniques of the game.
