The Ministry of Health in Gaza has provided an update on its Telegram channel about the situation at the northern Gaza hospital after it was raided by Israeli forces on Tuesday, Al Jazeera reports.

He said that Israeli forces are still besieging the hospital, preventing movement inside it and depriving those inside of water, food and electricity, adding that medical staff are unable to provide care to children in intensive care units, and there is no water to prepare milk for them.

He called on the United Nations and its international institutions to “take urgent action to rescue children, the injured and medical personnel, and protect the hospital.”
