LAHORE: Fareeha Rafique Atif, a former Dawn staffer who was in charge of the newspaper’s Books and Authors magazine, has passed away, the family said on Wednesday. Ms Rafique was a writer and creative professional, who also remained associated with Herald as a features editor, as well as The News, where she served as an assistant editor. According to the family, her funeral prayers would he held today (Thursday) after Zuhr prayers at 1.30pm at Jamia Masjid Hanfia on Noor Jahan Road, opposite Block C3-Liberty Market, Gulberg-3, Lahore.
