TAXILA: A 13-year-old body foiled a bid for sexual assault while a married woman was abducted in two different incidents within the limits of Taxila and Wah Cantonment Police Stations, police sources said.

In the first incident, an 8th grade student reported to police that he was on his way home after purchasing food items in the village of Khurrum Paracha when a man of the same locality, identified as Javaid Khan, took him to a deserted place and tried to sexually assault him.

The boy added that he voiced an alarm, and the suspect fled from the scene successfully.
