The president of the Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal), Akhtar Mengal has cautioned that a robust public response will follow if their mandate and votes are manipulated.

He accused the local administration of favouring his opponents, emphasising the BNP’s demand for a free, fair, and transparent election on February 8.

During a public meeting in his hometown Wadh held in connection with his party’s election campaign, where he is also running as a joint candidate of JUI-F and BNP-M, Mengal stated that every party and its people had the right to engage in politics and participate in elections.
