Grande’s “Eternal Sunshine” to come out in March
Singer and actress, Ariana Grande announced her seventh studio album, “Eternal Sunshine”, scheduled for release on March 8. The album will have four exclusive covers.
Grande’s mum, Joan Grande, celebrated in the comments on Instagram, writing, “You’re incredible... the album is perfection!!! so proud xoooxxox.”
The singer shared a single and music video for “Yes, And?” the first song from the album, last week.
“Eternal Sunshine” will mark Grande’s first album since “Positions”, released in October 2020.
The Songwriter Hall of Fame inductees for 2024
The Songwriters Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2024. The R.E.M, Timbaland, Steely Dan, Hillary Lindsey and Dean Pitchford are the new inductees this year.
The induction and awards gala will take place June 13, in New York City. Additional special award honourees will be announced soon. Timbaland has written hits for Missy Elliott, Justin Timberlake, Aaliyah and other artists, while Lindsey is known for “Million Reasons,” and more. Pitchford’s writing credits include “Footloose” and “Fame,” among many. “I’ve said it before, but the music industry does not exist without songwriters delivering great songs first. Without them there is no recorded music, no concert business, no merch... nothing, it all starts with the song and the songwriter,” SHoF chairman Nile Rodgers said in a press release.
Despicable Me 4 trailer released
Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for Despicable Me 4. Chris Renaud, who directed the first two Despicable Me movies (with Pierre Coffin), has returned to direct Despicable Me 4 from a screenplay by Mike White.
Steve Carell as Felonious Gru will again lead the film’s voice cast, which also includes Kristen Wiig as Gru’s Wife, Lucy Wilde, Miranda Cosgrove as Margo, Gru and Lucy’s oldest adopted daughter, and Pierre Coffin returning to voice the Minions. Steve Coogan is also part of the film’s voice cast.
Despicable Me 4 opens in theatres on July 4th.
