Punjab Assembly Speaker Sibtain Khan has reached the provincial legislature’s premises.
Talking to reporters at the location, he said he would not let anyone be arrested from the assembly premises.
He added that Mian Aslam Iqbal had still not taken his oath and a request for his production order was not made, adding, however, that he was bound to take Iqbal’s oath.
Khan also said that a level-playing field was not being provided to PTI-backed candidates.
