The UN humanitarian agency, OCHA, says aid organisations “have been unable to reach northern Gaza and increasingly parts of southern Gaza safely”, Al Jazeera reports.
It said the organisations had been unable to deliver aid because their “aid convoys have come under fire” and they have been “systematically denied access to people in need”.
OCHA also raised concerns about the “protection of civilians” amid continued “allegations of shooting by Israeli forces at Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid in Gaza city”.
