PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was apprised of coalition parties’ support for Asif Ali Zardari in the upcoming presidential polls.

In a post on X, the PPP media cell said the former foreign minister met members of his party’s presidential campaign committee comprising ex-prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, former National Assembly speaker Raja Pervez Ashraf, party leaders Syed Khursheed Shah and Syed Naveed Qamar.

The statement added that Bilawal was briefed regarding the progress of the committee meetings.

“PPP has received support from the candidates of PML-N, PML-Q, BAP, and IPP” Bilawal was told.
