PTI’s Barrister Ali Zafar has said his party would challenge the issue of alleged tampering with Form-45s issued by the election commission in the Supreme Court.

Responding to a query outside the Islamabad High Court today, Zafar said: “We will challenge that matter (of Form-45s) before the Supreme Court.”

On the matter of reserved seats not being allotted to the Sunni Ittehad Council, Zafar said it was sub judice in the Peshawar High Court, whose “decision would be valid for the provincial and national assemblies”.

Zafar further said the PTI would challenge the issue of reserved seats in the Punjab Assembly in the Lahore High Court today.
