The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) Balochistan chapter has announced a boycott of the presidential polls currently taking place across the country.

In a statement, Balochistan MPA Younus Aziz Zehri said that 12 parliamentary members of the party would not vote.

He said the JUI-F MPAs would “fully implement” the directives issued by the party’s central leadership. “The central leadership has directed to not cast votes [in the presidential election],” Zehri said.
