PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Friday reshuffled secretaries of several departments and the Peshawar division commissioner.

Riaz Khan Mehsud (BS-20), who was waiting for posting in the establishment department, has been posted as commissioner Peshawar division. He replaced Mohammad Zubair (BS-20), who was posted as secretary establishment department.

Secretary establishment department Shahidullah Khan (BS-20) was reshuffled and posted as secretary planning and development department, replacing Khyyam Hussain Khan (BS-21). Mr Khan was posted as chairman Provincial Inspection Team (PIT).

Chairman PIT Mutaher Zeb (BS-20) replaced secretary minerals development department Hameedullah Shah (BS-20), who was directed to report to the establishment department.

Deputy secretary administration department Ahmad Kamal (BS-18) was transferred and posted as additional secretary climate change, environment, forestry and wildlife department against the vacant post.

Similarly, deputy secretary chief minister’s secretariat Shakeel Ahmed (BS-17) was transferred and posted as deputy secretary administration department.
